Wholesale Information:

     Fleming Wholesale Supply sells strictly B2B to qualified commercial businesses, farm supply stores and commercial agriculture farm operations.

    To open and maintain an active wholesale purchasing account, buyers must meet the following criteria:

1. Business Verification & Documentation

     Applicants must provide verifiable proof of an active commercial business before wholesale pricing and online ordering access are approved:

• Federal Tax ID (EIN) or Business License: Documentation showing your active Tax Registration or local Business License.
• State Resale / Sales Tax Exemption Certificate: This is required for tax-exempt purchasing. A valid certificate matching your business state must be on file in order to receive tax exempt status.
• Commercial Storefront or Agriculture Operation: Physical retail location, farm supply store, or commercial agriculture farm operation.

2. Order Requirements

• First-Time Opening Order: Minimum $1000.00 total order value to activate new dealer pricing.
• Reorder Minimum: Minimum $750.00 per subsequent order.
• Annual Purchasing Volume: Accounts must maintain a minimum of $2,500.00 in total annual purchases to retain active dealer status and tier pricing.

3. Purchasing & Payment Terms

• Orders: Pre-paid via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), Paypal or Wire  Transfer.
• Freight & Shipping: Freight charges are calculated at checkout or billed per order shipment. If ordering in full truckloads contact us for special freight rates.

4. Account Restrictions

• Reselling Policy: Products are intended for resale through approved retail channels or direct commercial farm application. Unapproved third-party marketplace reselling (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Exclusive or Restricted Area: In some cases, accounts will not be approved due to an exclusive or restricted resale areas. At that point we will be happy to point in you the direction of a dealer or distributor that can help you.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts without purchasing activity for 12 consecutive months will be deactivated and require re-verification upon reinstatement.
